U N I VERSE is a spiritual services business operated by Stacey Kurowski, located at 4281 N Yorgason Ln, Apt 201, Boise, ID 83703. We provide:

• We accept credit cards, debit cards, and other payment methods as indicated on our booking system

• All prices are in U.S. Dollars (USD)

• Prices are subject to change without notice, but you will be charged the price displayed at the time of booking

Current pricing for individual sessions:

• 2-Hour Session: $366

• 90-Minute Session: $277

• 60-Minute Session: $188

• 45-Minute Session: $155

• 30-Minute Session: $99

Psychic Party pricing:

• Small Group (4-6 guests): $555

• Medium Group (7-10 guests): $888

• Large Group (11-15 guests): $1,222

• Custom Groups (16+ guests): Contact for pricing

Appointment Confirmation

You will receive confirmation of your appointment via email and/or SMS. Please verify the date, time, and session type.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

Client-Initiated Cancellations

• 24+ Hours Notice: Full refund or complimentary rescheduling

• Less than 24 Hours Notice: 50% refund, remaining balance forfeited

• No-Show or Same-Day Cancellation: No refund

Rescheduling

• You may reschedule appointments with at least 24 hours notice at no charge

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours notice may incur a rescheduling fee of 50% of the session cost

Our Cancellations

If we must cancel or reschedule your appointment due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen circumstances, we will:

• Notify you as soon as possible

• Offer to reschedule at your convenience

• Provide a full refund if rescheduling is not possible

Refund Policy

• Before Session: Refunds available with 24+ hours notice as stated above

• After Session: No refunds for completed sessions

• Dissatisfaction: We strive for client satisfaction, but refunds are not provided based on subjective dissatisfaction with spiritual guidance or predictions

• Technical Issues: If a virtual session cannot be completed due to our technical failure, a full refund or complimentary rescheduling will be provided

Code of Conduct

Client Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Arrive on time for appointments (in-person or virtual)

• Provide accurate contact information

• Have a stable internet connection for virtual sessions

• Be respectful and courteous

• Provide honest information when asked

• Maintain confidentiality regarding other clients (for group events)

Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Record sessions without prior written permission

• Use services for illegal purposes

• Harass, threaten, or abuse the practitioner or staff

• Share proprietary information or methods

• Impersonate another person

Right to Refuse Service

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate service to anyone for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms

• Abusive or threatening behavior

• Non-payment

• Intoxication or impairment

• Repeatedly missed appointments

Confidentiality

Exceptions

Technology Requirements

For virtual sessions, you are responsible for:

• Reliable internet connection

• Compatible device (computer, tablet, or smartphone)

• Video conferencing software (Zoom, Google Meet, or as specified)

• Quiet, private space for your session

• Functional camera and microphone

Technical Difficulties

• We are not responsible for technical issues on your end

• If a session is interrupted due to our technical failure, we will reschedule or refund

• If interrupted due to your technical issues, standard cancellation policies apply

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• U N I VERSE and its practitioners are not liable for any decisions you make based on information provided during sessions

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session in question

• We make no warranties regarding the accuracy of predictions or spiritual guidance

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless U N I VERSE, its practitioners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of our services

• Your violation of these Terms

• Your violation of any third-party rights

Age Requirement

Our services are intended for adults (18 years and older). Minors under 18 may receive services only with:

• Parental or guardian consent

• Parent or guardian present during the session (for in-person sessions)

• Parent or guardian on the line (for virtual sessions)

Testimonials and Reviews

We may request permission to use your testimonial or review for marketing purposes. You may:

• Grant permission for your testimonial to be used publicly

• Remain anonymous (first name and last initial only)

• Decline to provide a testimonial

We will never share your full name or identifying information without explicit written consent.

Gift Certificates

• Gift certificates are non-refundable

• Gift certificates expire one year from date of purchase

• Gift certificates cannot be redeemed for cash

• Responsibility for using gift certificates before expiration lies with the recipient

Changes to Services and Terms

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue services at any time

• Change pricing with reasonable notice

Dispute Resolution

Informal Resolution

Arbitration

If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, conducted in Boise, Idaho.

Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes on an individual basis and waive the right to participate in class actions or class arbitrations.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and U N I VERSE regarding the use of our services and supersede any prior agreements.
